During the CBT period we have users that purchased an top-up to avail the up to 130% rebate for OBT. To process the insertion to your account. Please make sure the following:
- You are using the same PlayID / Google / Facebook Login you used during the CBT and create a character during this OBT period
- Please create character from November 26, 2024 3PM ~ December 1, 2024 11:59PM GMT+8
- We will insert this batch within December 2 to 6, 2024

- Refund Structure:
- Top up to $100: Receive a 130% refund by OBT.
- Example: If you top up $100 during CBT, you will receive $130 in Blue Cash by OBT.
- Top up to $100: Receive a 130% refund by OBT.
- Maximum Rebate: The 130% rebate applies only to the first $100 topped-up.
- For Excess Amounts:
- If you top up more than $100, the refund will be structured as follows:
- Example: If you top up $150, you will receive:
- $130 refund for the first $100
- Plus $50 (100% refund on the excess amount)
- Total: $180 in Blue Cash by OBT Launch.

Important Notes:
- Ensure you use the same login account during CBT and OBT to receive your top-up refund.
- The top-up refunds will be bound to your game account and can not be transferred to another account.
