Tournament Mechanics
This tournament series will span multiple locations, with leg tournaments held in key cities.
Performance in each leg will determine which teams advance to the Grand Finals for the title of Overall Champion.
Tournament Format
- Leg Tournaments: Each leg (Cebu, Gensan, and Manila) will follow a Single Elimination Bracket.
- Each match is a Best of 5 rounds, with one match determining the leg winner.
- 6 Teams and above – Single Eliminations
- 5 teams and below – Double Eliminations
Grand Finals
The top 4 teams from the leg tournaments will advance to the Grand Finals. This stage will follow a
Round-Robin format played online.
The top two teams will advance to a final face-to-face match, with the schedule to be determined and announced by the GM and staff (date and location to be announced).
Team Composition
Each team must consist of three (3) players.
Registration
- Registration is FREE for all participants.
- Registration will be conducted on-site at each leg location (excluding the kickoff event).
- Registration Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Tournament Matches Start: 1:00 PM onwards
- Each participant must present a valid government-issued ID.
- During registration, each team must declare the class of each member.
Class changes are not allowed after registration. - Upon successful registration, participants will receive a voucher code to claim Door Prize items.
Game Mode and Settings
- Mode: Team Deathmatch
- Maps: Selected via random online map picker
- Rounds: 5 rounds (5 minutes each)
- Lives: 3 lives per round
- Game Mode: Basic Mode
- Effects: Disabled
- Potions: Disabled
- Creatures: Disabled
- Chaos Mode: ON
- Duplicate Class: Disabled
- Restriction: No Costumes Allowed
Participants may use any other available in-game items unless stated otherwise.
Equipment
Players are not required to bring their own equipment.
However, personal peripherals such as keyboard, mouse, and headset are allowed.
Disconnection and Technical Issues
- Team captains must first attempt to reach a mutual agreement.
- If unresolved, the tournament marshal’s decision will be final.
- Only team captains may communicate with the tournament marshal.
- Issues occurring after the 1-minute mark will not be addressed.
- If 1–2 players disconnect before 1 minute and no casualties occurred, the round will restart.
- If casualties occurred, disconnected players will be considered dead.
Prize Distribution
- Cash prizes will be awarded on-site after matches.
- In-game rewards will be distributed via voucher codes or direct account credit.
- Instructions will be provided during the event.
Code of Conduct
Any form of cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in:
- Immediate disqualification
- Possible account ban
The tournament marshal has the final authority on all decisions.
Roster Integrity Rule during Grand Finals
During the Grand Finals, if a player from either participating team has an emergency or is unwell, only one substitution will be permitted, subject to the approval of a valid reason.
If a substitution is required for a 3-man team, at least two members from the original roster must remain intact.
