Following particular PlayPark policies as they are provided on our company website and sub-sites, certain penalties are imposed on accounts for violating the PlayPark Code of Conduct and for any of the violations that are listed below. It is the responsibility of every customer to be aware of our Company Policies, violations, and penalties as agreed upon in the PlayPark End User License Agreement. Claims of ignorance of such information shall not be excused.
Listed here are the general account penalties maintained by PlayPark as a company. There also exist game-specific account penalties. In other cases, game-specific account penalties will precede our general company account penalties. However, please remember that depending on the nature of each violation, either company or game-specific penalties may apply, the choice of which, rests on the sole discretion of Asiasoft Inc.

PENALTIES
Real Money Trading (RMT)
Real-money trading (RMT) involves using actual currency to buy or sell in-game items, or services between accounts or players. While some users may engage in these transactions, it is essential to understand that RMT comes with significant risks, including account security and potential fraud.
Keep in mind that we do not condone RMT but it is your sole responsibility for the care and security of your account.

No Hack Policy
We are committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. To maintain the integrity of our game, we have a strict no-hack policy. This policy includes, but is not limited to, the following points:
- Unauthorized Access: Players are prohibited from using any unauthorized third-party programs, including but not limited to keyloggers, cheats, hacks, or any other software that modifies the game client or provides an unfair advantage.
- Account Security: Players are responsible for the security of their own accounts. Sharing account information, including passwords, with others is strictly prohibited. If an account is compromised due to sharing or negligence, it will not be eligible for recovery or support.
- Reporting Hacks: Players cannot report that their account was hacked or compromised due to keyloggers or other unauthorized access methods. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their account information is secure and not shared with others.
- Fair Play: We believe in fair play and a level playing field for all our players. Any attempts to gain an unfair advantage through hacking or cheating will be met with strict enforcement of this policy.
By playing Rakion SEA by PlayPark, you agree to abide by this No Hack Policy and understand the consequences of violating it.
Important Reminders Regarding Violations and Penalties
- All penalties listed above are arranged into standards dependent on the general nature of each offense but are subject to any adjustment as deemed necessary by the sole discretion of PlayPark Inc.
- All violations are validated through the actual observation and investigation of the GMs. PlayPark has no obligation to present evidence related to any cases it has ruled upon.
- Repetitive offense also calls for an increasing fine with no cool-down immunity which players can choose to have their accounts permanently suspended.
- The choice of recourse in such cases is entirely at the discretion of the Rakion Team and PlayPark Team.
