Step 1: Go to https://playmall.playpark.com/

Step 2: Log in to Playmall using PlayID, Facebook Login, or Google ID Login

Note: Please make sure to use the account with a PlayPark Rakion character

Step 3: Choose PlayPark Rakion and confirm your character

Note: If the character listed on the account is not the character you want to convert to, please double-check the account you have logged in.

Step 4: Convert with your desired Blue Cash amount and confirm

Step 5: Once conversion is successful review your updated Blue Cash amount in-game
